Taking into consideration the excellent reputation, mission, and vision of Fast Shift LLC, we would like to
draw attention to the recent publication in the press that Yerevan suffered damage by not receiving rent
for the occupied area of installed terminals. In addition, a “Fast Shift” LLC payment and settlement
terminal was used as an example in the publication's video.
In its business operations, “Fast Shift” LLC has firmly established transparency and a high-level
responsibility toward the client and the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
The Company does not install terminals on the sidewalks adjacent to the streets of Yerevan on its own
initiative. The terminal installation is implemented by individual entrepreneurs or organizations
cooperating with the Company, with whom a contract is concluded for the provision of services for a
specific commission. Now, “Fast Shift” LLC cooperates with more than 20 companies. The cooperating
individual entrepreneur or organization is fully responsible for the choice of the terminal location,
transportation, maintenance, security, installation permit, maintenance of cleanliness, as well as the use
of electricity.
Prior to the conclusion of the contract mentioned above, the Company considers the feasibility of the
installation, taking into account maximum accessibility to citizens, environmental compatibility, and
other factors.
Therefore, we urge the media and websites to refrain from unnecessary use of the Company's logo
and/or equipment associated with the Company when preparing publications.
