Fast Shift now supports direct money transfers to India through UBPay.
If you regularly send money back home, you can now do it directly from your Fast Shift wallet, without visiting an office or using a separate service.
How it works:
UBPay money transfer system is now integrated directly into the Fast Shift wallet. You select the amount, choose the destination city, confirm, and the transfer is on its way.
How to send money?
- Open the Fast Shift app.
- Go to International Transfers in the main menu.
- Select UBPay as the transfer method.
- Choose India as the destination country.
- Enter the transfer amount, recipient details (Name, Surname, etc.), bank account number, then select the destination city, bank, and branch.
- Review the details and confirm the transfer.
The available destination cities are shown inside the app at the time of transfer.
Receiving the funds:
The funds are deposited directly into the recipient's bank account.
Important!
To make a transfer smoothly, you first need to complete the following steps:
- Download the Fast Shift app
- Register with an Armenian mobile number
- Pass identity verification in a few steps using your passport
- Attach a bank card issued by an Armenian bank to your Fast Shift wallet, or attach an Armenian bank account
Note: If you don't have an Armenian bank card or bank account, you can easily open a bank account via Fast Shift in a few minutes and start making transfers to India. You can also put the cash into your Fast Shift wallet account via the Fast Shift terminals located all over Armenia.
