Fast Shift” LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces a supplier selection tender for the provision of Independent Information Security Audit services (hereinafter referred to as the IS Audit).
Tender Terms
- At least 3 (three) years of experience in the field of conducting IS audits (having an international parent company will be considered an advantage),
- The audit company’s profit for 2024 (an amount exceeding AMD 100 million will be considered an advantage),
- Competitive cost of the audit services,
- Availability of at least 2 specialists with “Lead Specialist” qualification in the proposed professional team,
- Scope of the audit to include:
- 5.1. IS risk assessment and management,
- 5.2. IT availability and continuity risk assessment and management,
- 5.3. IT operations management,
- 5.4. IT change risk assessment and management,
- 5.5. IT project management,
- 5.6. IT data integrity and quality management,
- 5.7. Internal IS audit,
Tender Requirements
- Deadline for submission of the price proposal: 22/12/2025 at 24:00.
Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered. - The price proposal must be submitted to [email protected] in encrypted archives (ZIP, RAR), with the decryption keys sent to [email protected].
Proposals sent to other email addresses will not be considered. - Price proposals submitted by postal delivery must be provided in sealed and signed envelopes.
- To participate in the tender, it is necessary to submit a signed and sealed application in accordance with the provided template, along with the required supporting documents.
- If the Company does not contact the applicant within 14 business days after the tender deadline, the submitted price proposal shall be considered rejected.
