“Fast Shift” LLC announces a tender for the selection of an audit firm to conduct the audit of the 2025 financial statements of “Fast Shift” LLC.
Tender Terms
To participate in the tender, please submit:

The audit firm’s experience (having an international parent company will be considered an advantage),

The audit firm’s profit for 2024 (a figure exceeding AMD 100 million will be considered an advantage),
-
The proposed audit fee.

In case of winning the tender, the selected audit firm must submit the “Auditor’s Report” and the “Management Letter” in Armenian no later than April 30, 2026.
Tender Requirements

The deadline for submission of price proposals is January 15, 2026, at 24:00. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The price proposal must be sent to [email protected], archived in encrypted files (ZIP or RAR format). The password must be sent separately to [email protected]. Proposals sent to other email addresses will not be considered.

If submitting by mail, proposals must be provided in sealed, signed, and stamped envelopes.

To participate in the tender, a signed and stamped application form (in accordance with the attached template) must be submitted along with the required supporting documents.

If the Company does not contact the bidder within 14 working days after the tender deadline, the submitted price proposal shall be considered rejected.
