- Description of the "Fast ID - Fast Gift" Promotional Campaign
1.1. The "Fast ID - Fast Gift" promotional campaign is organized by "Fast Shift" Limited Liability Company (hereinafter: the Company) within the scope of the Company's advertising policy to promote the services provided through the Fast Shift mobile application.
1.2. This document (hereinafter: the Rules) defining the rules of the "Fast ID - Fast Gift" promotional campaign (hereinafter: also the Campaign) constitutes a public offer (Offer) within the meaning of Article 451 and Part 2 of Article 453 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia.
1.3. Execution of the actions defined in Clause 3.1 of the Rules shall be considered a full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer.
1.4. The Campaign shall be conducted from 08.04.2026 to 23.04.2026.
1.5. The validity period of the Offer coincides with the duration of the Campaign.
1.6. These Rules are governed and interpreted, and all relations arising from the Rules are regulated, by the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
- Basic Definitions
- Fast Shift Mobile Application (hereinafter: also the App): The Company's software for mobile devices through which the Company's services are available, as well as the exchange of information (including electronic notifications) between the User and the Company.
- Fast Shift User: A physical person who has registered an Account in the App in the manner prescribed by the Company.
- Participant: A User who has completed the full identification process in accordance with these Rules.
- Full Identification: Identification with identity document data in the manner prescribed by the Company and the linking of a card and/or account issued by an Armenian bank to the App Account.
- Procedure for Participation and Conduct of the Campaign
3.1. Any individual who, during the Campaign period, completes the following actions on the same day is eligible to participate in the Campaign:

registers in the Application,

undergoes Full Identification.
3.2. After performing the actions defined in Clause 3.1 of the Rules, the Company shall provide the Participant with a Gift of 2,000 (two thousand) AMD by 24:00 of the following day.
3.3. The Gift provided for in Clause 3.2 shall be provided by crediting the Participant’s Fast Shift Account.
3.4. Within the framework of the Campaign, the Gift is provided to each Participant only 1 (one) time.
- Other Conditions
4.1. The Company has the right, at its sole discretion, to unilaterally change any condition of the Rules, including the duration of the Campaign, informing about it through the App and/or the Company's official website and/or official social media platform(s).
4.2. The Company has the right to send informational and promotional messages to the Participant. Hereby, the Participant gives consent to receive such messages.
4.3. The Company has the right to conduct a verification of the Participant's data according to the Company's criteria. In addition, the Company has the right to require the Participant to submit identity documents, as well as other necessary documents and data identifying the Participant. The types and forms of submission of identifying documents and data shall be defined by the Company.
4.4. Under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for the information entered by the Participant, nor for the actions performed based on that information. The Company is not responsible for the operability of communication and other relevant systems and does not guarantee their uninterrupted operation.
