Thanks to the accessibility of Fast Shift, more than 1000 payment terminals of the Company are a
communication channel between customers and various educational, public and private institutions,
large suppliers, organizations providing communication and Internet, banks, credit organizations,
insurance companies, medical institutions and a number of other companies providing a different kind
of services.
The monthly growth of transactions made through Fast Shift terminals during 2022 demonstrates the
high trust of customers that the Company has earned in this short period of time. Fast Shift has also
introduced an e-wallet that is available on both the App Store and Google Play.
During the meeting, Roman Badalyan, the Board Chairman of the Company, presented the
achievements of Fast Shift in 2022 and the vision of the Company. Mr. Badalyan also mentioned that in
parallel with obtaining a license from the RA Central Bank, Fast Shift received a license in Ukraine and
submitted an application to the Central Bank of Great Britain in order to obtain a license. In addition to
corporate governance, corporate social responsibility is a crucial component for Fast Shift. The Company
has already supported a number of cultural, fintech, and sports events.
The upcoming projects of Fast Shift were also presented during the meeting.
