Important Information: Changes to the Law on Enforcement Proceedings and Your Fast Shift Account
As a Fast Shift user, it is important to understand how the new amendments to the RA Law on Enforcement Proceedings may affect your digital finances and everyday payments. Below, we’ve outlined the key information in a simple and clear format.
What has actually changed?
Previously, enforcement acts (commonly known as Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service) applied only to traditional bank accounts. Under the new law, these restrictions now also apply to electronic wallets.
This means that if you have any enforceable obligation (for example, an unpaid traffic fine or another outstanding liability), the funds available in your Fast Shift balance may be partially or fully restricted or seized for debt repayment purposes.
How will I know if there is a restriction on my account?
With Fast Shift, everything remains simple, fast, and transparent. If any legal restriction is applied to your account, you will immediately see the exact restricted amount on the Fast Shift app’s main screen.
How to remove the restriction directly through the app
There is no need to stand in queues or deal with paperwork to restore full access to your account. With the Fast Shift app, you can repay the debt in just a few taps.
Check your obligation
Tap the warning icon next to your balance to view the outstanding amount.
Review the acts
If you have two or more enforcement acts, you will see the complete list. Please note that the system requires the first act to be paid before proceeding to the next ones. Tap “Continue”.
If you only have one act
The system will automatically redirect you to the payment page.
Adjust the payment amount
On the payment page, you will see the total outstanding amount. You may also adjust the payment amount yourself if you prefer to repay the debt in installments.
Confirm the payment
Choose your preferred payment method, review the details, and tap “Pay”.
What happens after the payment?
Once the debt has been successfully repaid, you can rest assured. Your Fast Shift account restriction will be removed within one business day based on the instruction of the Compulsory Enforcement Service (CESA). After that, your funds will once again be fully accessible, and you will be able to continue making transactions without interruption.
