Fast Shift, a leading payment and settlement company, has officially launched YoYo, a mobile application designed specifically for children and teenagers aged 4 to 16.
With YoYo, young users can now manage digital money and make contactless payments at over 22,000 locations across Armenia where Idram or Fast Shift QR codes are accepted. The app also enables purchases on online platforms that support Fast Shift as a payment method.
Parents can link their Fast Shift account to their child’s e-wallet, making it easy to send or receive money within the family. In addition, YoYo allows users to top up mobile balances and even rent PowerFull devices to charge smartphones or other electronics on the go.
Security was a top priority in the development of YoYo. The app ensures the protection of users’ personal data and funds, while also providing robust parental control tools. From registration to everyday usage, parents can monitor their child’s financial activity, including viewing their transaction history through a special interface. To maintain a secure environment, YoYo allows incoming transfers only from family members.
According to Irina Gasparyan, CEO of Fast Shift, “This is the first step for children toward financial independence. With YoYo, they will enjoy special discounts at select partner outlets and gain essential skills in money management. We’re thrilled to launch an app that opens up exciting new opportunities for both our company and our youngest users.”
The YoYo e-wallet can be downloaded by following the link provided by Fast Shift.
With a portfolio of over 400 digital services, Fast Shift continues to lead in fintech innovation.
